Then U.S. Condo Exchange LLC (www.uscondex.com) is just the Web site for you.

Dubbed the "eBay of the condo market," the Miami-based company allows condo buyers to research, negotiate, bid on and buy a condo online 24/7, and it just rolled out more than $1.5 billion of inventory in Orlando and Tampa Bay -- more than 5,000 condo listings in the two areas combined. Among those are two penthouses at 55 West on Church Street downtown -- one for $4.3 million and another for $3.2 million -- and a two-level penthouse at Vizcaya with views of theme park fireworks for $1.2 million.
