BRIEFLY Historic Beach hotel to also house condos The Patrinely Group has announced the on-site sales center for The Saxony Hotel and Tower Residences, at 3201 Collins Ave., Miami Beach. The 15-story historic hotel will house 120 hotel-condominium suites and 36 one- and two-bedroom units. The new tower being built adjacent to the hotel will house 55 one-, two- and three-bedroom condo units. Prices range from the $600,000s to $8 million. Completion is expected by winter 2008. CITY GARDENS TO RISE IN POMPANO BEACH The onsite sales center for City Gardens, a Betzak Communities mixed-use building, has opened at 2190 NE Fourth St., Pompano Beach.
